Y qu\u00e9 mejor que una buena ensalada. Pero a\u00fan mejor si la podemos hacer de forma r\u00e1pida e incluye una fuente de prote\u00ednas que alimente nuestros m\u00fasculos <del>de maricas <\/del>crossfiteras<del> gen\u00e9ricas<\/del>. O de gente que, en general, quiera comer sano. M\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la t\u00edpica lechuga con tomate y cosas, podemos jugar con m\u00e1s ingredientes siguiendo recetas t\u00edpicas del mediterr\u00e1neo. Aviso que yo no suelo a\u00f1adir cebolla cruda a nada, primero porque me sienta fatal y segundo porque me parece un rollo cortarla. Echas un poco de sal y a\u00f1ades el at\u00fan. Yo, <a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.menshealth.es\/truco-o-plato\/ensalada-veraniega-de-atun\/\">siguiendo los pasos de #miPako<\/a>, abogo por 2 latas de at\u00fan al natural con una de aceite. Que, dependiendo de las prote\u00ednas que necesite cada uno, se pueden echar m\u00e1s. A\u00f1adimos las olivas y lo que tengas en la despensa o la nevera. Sirve surimi, ma\u00edz, pimiento rojo, pepinillos, aguacate, brotes de soja, mozzarella&#8230; lo que encontr\u00e9is y sea r\u00e1pido. Yo a veces tambi\u00e9n le a\u00f1ado zanahoria rallada (de hecho suelo rallarla primero, antes de echar el tomate) pero eso ya depende del tiempo que teng\u00e1is y lo morenos que os quer\u00e1is poner. El at\u00fan puede ser en escabeche y puede a\u00f1adirse tomate picadito como en el empedrat de bacalao. M\u00e1s r\u00e1pido que esto no hay nada. Ahora, los gases tambi\u00e9n hay que tenerlos en cuenta. Se le puede a\u00f1adir cebolla, pimiento verde y pepino, para hacerla m\u00e1s griega. El at\u00fan puede ser en escabeche (entonces no le echas vinagre) y se le puede a\u00f1adir huevo cocido, ma\u00edz y pepinillos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #d4ab72;\">ENSALADA DE GARBANZOS A LA CATALANA<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00b7 Bote de garbanzos<\/strong><br \/><strong> \u00b7 Tomate<\/strong><br \/><strong> \u00b7 Dos latas de at\u00fan<\/strong><br \/><strong> \u00b7 Pimiento rojo asado<\/strong><br \/><strong> \u00b7 Olivas negras<\/strong><br \/><strong> \u00b7 Sal, vinagre y aceite<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lavas y partes los tomates y los echas en un plato hondo. Echas un poco de sal y a\u00f1ades el resto de ingredientes y ali\u00f1as al gusto. Si el at\u00fan no os gusta, tambi\u00e9n sirve bonito, bacalao, caballa, melva, sardinas, salm\u00f3n ahumado, anchoas&#8230; Y si el pescado no os gusta lo pod\u00e9is cambiar por huevo cocido o
