Uno de los grandes errores es marcarse una fecha y decir \u00aba partir de tal d\u00eda empiezo y hasta entonces sigo fumando\u00bb cuando lo l\u00f3gico ser\u00eda ir progresivamente dejando de fumar y marcarse una fecha l\u00edmite cercana para no fumar m\u00e1s. Sal a caminar al menos una hora cada d\u00eda, haz estiramientos <a href=\"http:\/\/atzur.es\/blog\/2017\/07\/24\/video-tom-daley-crossfit-verano\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">y ejercicios en casa<\/a> y trata de levantar algo de peso (una bolsa de rafia llena de libros o botellas por ejemplo) para los b\u00edceps. Tambi\u00e9n sirve ir a nadar, correr, ir en bici, jugar a voley, hacer flexiones, abdominales, dominadas&#8230; hay muchas actividades que puedes hacer al aire libre y que ayudan a tonificar el cuerpo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Retos en el parque con RvbenGarc\u00eda - Fondos, abdominales\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/GZLVPGWco6k?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>En Barcelona concretamente hay multitud de espacios en la playa, en la monta\u00f1a y en los parques del centro de la Ciudad en los que realizar actividades f\u00edsicas. Y si no, siempre puedes acudir a los cientos de gimnasios que hay por la ciudad a precios muy competitivos. Muchos de ellos tienen apps o programas de entrenos b\u00e1sicos pero eficientes para ponerse en forma sin romperse demasiado la cabeza. Y tambi\u00e9n bastantes aplicaciones con ejercicios para ir subiendo de nivel de entreno. Las comidas preparadas nos ahorran tiempo pero no siempre dinero. Y si controlas en todo momento los ingredientes sabr\u00e1s siempre qu\u00e9 est\u00e1s comiendo realmente. La clave est\u00e1 en tener un listado de platos <a href=\"http:\/\/atzur.es\/blog\/2017\/08\/05\/ensaladas-5-recetas-rapidas-mediterraneas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">sanos, r\u00e1pidos y f\u00e1ciles <\/a>con los que conformar un men\u00fa semanal. entrenando recuerda que no es el momento de hacer r\u00e9gimen ni dieta, come bien, come sano y lo que te pida el cuerpo teniendo en cuenta las especificaciones dadas.
