Tortilla mug de at\u00fan con pimientos asados (a la taza<\/strong>)<br>Batimos en una taza 1 o 2 huevos (seg\u00fan la capacidad de la misma), a\u00f1adimos una lata de at\u00fan en aceite, pimientos rojos asados, un poco de cebolla en polvo y salpimentamos y especiamos al gusto. Cocinamos al menos 2 minutos al microondas a m\u00e1xima potencia. \u00a1Y listo! Escalivada (al microondas<\/strong>)<br>Cortamos la berenjena mediana, el pimiento rojo mediano (sin pepitas) y la cebolla mediana por la mitad y los colocamos boca abajo en un recipiente apto para microondas o entre dos platos muy hondos. A\u00f1adimos un ajo pelado, un poco de aceite, sal y pimienta y dos cucharadas de agua. Vertemos 2 tacitas de caldo caliente de verduras, pollo o agua con sal, un poco de aceite y pimienta o curry y cocinamos al menos unos 10 minutos a m\u00e1xima potencia y el tiempo restante adicional a potencia media hasta que est\u00e9 en el punto deseado. A\u00f1adimos aceite, sal y pimienta y dos cucharadas de agua. Cocinamos al microondas durante 8 minutos. A\u00f1adimos caldo de verduras caliente y cocinamos durante 2 minutos m\u00e1s. A\u00f1adimos queso fundido y lo trituramos con la batidora \u00a1y listo! Huevos al plato (al microondas)<\/strong><br>Colocamos en una cazuela o plato apto para microondas un poco de mantequilla, tomate frito con cebolla, guisantes guisados, bacon o jam\u00f3n serrano. Calentamos 30 segundos al microondas. Colocamos en el centro el huevo. Salpimentamos y lo rociamos con un poco de aceite de oliva virgen y piment\u00f3n. Cocinamos al microondas nuevamente durante un minuto m\u00e1s a m\u00e1xima potencia y dejamos reposar otro minuto m\u00e1s.
